Grass-fed lamb has been raised on pasture and rotationally grazed to ensure premium feed to the lamb and ecosystem health for our pastures.
Does NOT include slaughter and cut and wrap fees
- Slaughter Fee: $80
- Customs cuts and rap fee: $80
- Hanging weights typically range from 50-60 pounds.
- Once the weight of the lamb is determined, you'll receive an invoice for the remainder balance.
- This is a non-refundable deposit of $50.

The communication and follow up let us know we were dealing with pros; the processing, cutting and packaging were exactly as we would have wanted; and the lamb was outstanding! It was tender and tasty and has quicky become our favorite special occasion meal, though we also enjoy using ground lamb for every day.
Here is our Anniversary dinner featuring leg of lamb. Yummy!
